Sick fish

My pet fish Sunny is seriously ill :(. I have done all I could this morning to keep it alive but I am not at all confidence. Its whole body is swollen and all it is doing is sitting at the bottom and breathing heavily. I have been keeping Sunny for 2.5 years now and it was the first fish I bought among the others. I hope it will get well soon.
